GH-8025ES is a double servo motor driven cnc press brake machine, Nominal pressure: 80Tons, Maximum processing length is 2500mm, suitable for thin plate bending.
Our downstroke press brake machine standard axis is 6+1 axis(Y1+Y2+X+R+Z1+Z2+V) control.
1.Controller system: GHBM-self-developed CNC controller EL15T,also it can be choosen for Holland DELEM, Italy ESA, Swiss CYBELEC, all with multi-languages
2.Back gauge mechanism can be multi-axes controlled.
3.60% less power comsumption and 30% less hydraulic oil volume than traditional design,
4.Hydraulic oil temperature is lower and reduce the hydraulic system failure.
5.Overall frame welded and processed structure per our own developped from Amada experience.
6.Worktable equipped with hydraulic and mechanical compensation to avoid the deformed upper beam
7.The highest control precision, bending accuracy and repositioning accuracy are also reach to the highest level as+/0.05.
